As an theoretical physical Chemist, my research interests broadly span from quantum electrodynamics to the quantum chemistry, with a focus on developing mixed quantum mechanical/electrodynamics methods for describing fundamental processes of light absorption/emission and photo-induced energy/charge transfer dynamics in systems (mostly quantum dot solids, and plasmonic systems) that are relevant for light harvesting applications.
